Returns

Our goal is to get you the gear you need. Please contact us if you receive defective merchandise or an incorrect order. If neccessary, you'll receive a RMA number (return merchandise authorization) and shipping instructions. We'll work with you to make sure you're a satisfied customer!

Shipping

In the continental United States, we offer free shipping on all DISC ORDERS! Orders of 3 or less discs will be shipped USPS 1st classs or Priority which takes 2-3 business days to travel from the east coast to the west. Orders of 4 or more discs and larger items will be shipped parcel post which can take 2-9 days to arrive.

A $4.95 flat rate shipping charge is applied to most items other than discs. Large items have individual fixed shipping costs. All products will be sent within 2 business days of your order. Contact us if you need to recieve your product quickly and we will arrange express shipping. For a $3.00 handling fee we can mail products within 1/2 of a business day and provide tracking numbers. 

Alaska, Hawaii, and International shipping is a flat rate of $20.00.

Live Inventory 

Our website will only allow customers to purchase products that are immediately available, please contact us if there is something you're looking for that is not on the site. We've got pictures of all stock colors and stamps as well as any One of a Kind items that we sell. See the disc you're buying before you buy it! 

Customer Rewards

We value your business and want to supply you with all your disc golf gear. Loyal shoppers will automatically become a part of the club after a purchase puts you over the spending minimum for each group. Members recieve discounts on all purchases EXCEPT targets and events*.

*All products in our DISC GOLF TARGETS and OUTINGS AND EVENTS categories are excluded from the rewards program and do not count toward minimum purchases or member discounts.
